The full recipe of Triple chocolate brownie
These brownies will melt in your mouth with each bite!
The best Triple Chocolate Brownies recipe is as follow
Ingredients:
- Cocoa powder 150g (1 1/4th cup)
- Unsalted butter 250g (1 cup)
- 4 eggs
- Sugar 350g (2 cups)
- Plain flour 170g (1 1/4th cup)
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 to 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- 50 gms of dark chocolate
- 50 gms of milk chocolate
Method
- Melt butter & sugar on medium heat for 5-8 minutes till sugar has almost dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let it cool a little for 3-4 minutes. Then with the help of an electric beater, whisk to cool it further.
- Add cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, vanilla essence, and mix.
- Add eggs one by one and whisk.
- Now fold sifted flour. Don’t over mix.
- Add both chocolate chips & mix
- Transfer to a butter paper-lined baking tray/pan of your choice
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
- Remove and let it cool for 5 minutes and serve it warm with ice cream or chill and have it later.
NOTE: Please make sure to fold the plain flour gently by hand as I have shown in the video. Using an electric beater to mix flour will make the brownie tough or hard.
