Fruit Parfait with Charlie’s Fig and cranberry Artisan cookies 

Make this amazing super healthy, vegan & delicious Parfait, perfect for breakfast or dessert!

  • ½ cup diced mango bite size pieces
  • 3-4 strawberries cut in bite size pieces
  • 1 kiwi skin removed and cut in bite size pieces
  • 1 diced nectarine cut into bite size pieces
  • Berries for garnish
  • 1.50 cups Coconut Yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)
  • 2 Fig and cranberry Charlie’s plant powered Artisan cookies
  • 1.5 tbsp Honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Crush both Fig and cranberry Charlie’s plant powered Artisan cookies in a food processor or roughly with hands
  • Take 2 serving glasses or bowls (clear ones are better since it makes it look even more appealing).
  • For the bottom layer, add 2 tablespoons of crushed Fig and cranberry Charlie’s plant powered Artisan cookies to both the glasses.
  • Add a layer of fruits 
  • Repeat the cookies, fruits & yogurt to form another layer.
  • Top it off with 2 tablespoon of yogurt and granola and last but not least some berries, I used black berries and strawberries 
  • Drizzle some honey / maple syrup on it before serving (optional).

Can store up to 3-5 days in the refrigerator. Make sure to cling wrap before storing!
